Ran into player with the easy-to-remember-name qq2970484199 something something chinese letters on the 1v1 ranked ladder. Was matched against him two times in a row. 1st game I disconnected from server first second. 2nd game I disconnected min 2 after he hadn't moved his mouse. Its very rare for me to disconnect. He has 100% win rate on 1v1 and team game, played about a total of 70 games. Wasn't aware that this type of hacking was possible. Or am I just unlucky?...

This happened to some of my friends too (savvyempire and some others) a week or 2 ago when they randomly matched with this guy. You're not unlucky 11. Dunno if it was the same guy under a different name, but most probably.

They were on his team, though, so they got the win even though they lost.
