Make the building have an area of effect, similar like TC Range (also make a visible range indicator).
Once the Feitoria is build the Feitoria doubles all resources in the area of effect of the building (1 tree has 200 wood instead of 100) stone pile has double the stone etc.
(for stone and gold this also could be rebalanced to a smaller buff)
Feitoria should loose their pop space.
Advantages:
- You still need Vills for Eco.
- You can regionally "upgrade" your eco, but the upgrade can be destroyed and if you don't have vills working there, there is no effect.
- No infinite resources in 1v1 anymore.
- strong but not op when balanced right
