I did report him, but I simply have no clue how he's able to get 50 games on the same account, when aoe2.net recognizes it's his acc. It's exactly 50 more than he should be ever able to play. Or is he getting his 5781245683th chance?

Unreal if this is true. Ertug is practically like Sauron. His accounts get destroyed but his will to play aoe can’t die. With what’s left of his spirit, he retreats to a secret place and later re-emerges with a new account.

Yes that makes me sad, it's about points. In fact I don't have any issue with someone who is arrogant toxic ***** and keeps cheating for 20 years (and everytime he gets caught promising 'he won't cheat ag, he's better person now, please give him one more chance etc...') to be part of the game. I know he was cheating on DE a year ago, given his history I'm very sure he's cheating again or that he'll at least start to once he'll face better players after reaching his 2000 level with 1 tc aztecs plays.

Btw. before you'll publicly ashame yourself more, I won that game
