16. Special Rule for Double Krakatau
Sign-ups will close on October 02, 20 GMT.
2. Players Seeding
Seeding will be done according to this formula:
0.275*(current RM 1v1) + 0.275*(highest RM) + 0.35*(tournament ELO) + Double Cup 2 + Double Cup + RMS Cup 2 + The Resurgence at 21 GMT on the day the sign-up ends. Tournament ELO cutoff is 2000. If a player has no RM 1v1 rating, his/her rating will be set to 1000 automatically.
The highest seed of the registered players will join the 7 invited players directly in the double elimination phase Ro16. Seeding will be based on current RM 1v1 rating (27.5 %), highest RM 1v1 rating (27.5 %), tournament ELO (35 %) and bonus points from 4 past tournaments (Double Cup 1+2, The Resurgence, RMS Cup 2). If aoe2.net will still be offline on October 2, the highest rating of players with a 2k+ rating will be accessed from accessed data from early September, and for <2k rating current RM 1v1 rating will count 55 %.
Tournament points:
Those tournaments were chosen to give extra weight to in addition to the tournament ELO.

3. Scheduling
Players will schedule their game at any time during the defined time frame. They will schedule privately and post their agreed time in the dedicated channel on Discord. If players can’t agree on a schedule, admins will determine a time to the best of their ability. If a player shows unwillingness to schedule they will get an admin loss for the series.
If a player is 30 minutes late to a series, they will get an admin loss for the series. An exception can only be made if the player who waited agrees to reschedule for a time before the round's deadline. From the second round on: If a player knows (s)he can't play a round within the first 48 h of the round, it is possible to replace this player with the defeated opponent from the previous round.

7. Player restarts
No player restarts. Only if the map is bugged.
8. Admin restarts
An admin re can be called in the following cases
- Within 1 minute of game time if a starting unit doesn’t have a path to the TC
- Within 3 minutes of game time, if you are sure that there is an error in the map generation. As many maps have not been tested 100s of times, we don't know excatly what could occur. An example would be if water or a cliff spawns too close to one starting town center or even 2 town centers on top of each other.
In case of gold/stone and wild animals/herdables, if they don’t have a path to the TC (e. g. trapped in a forest).
If the other player doesn't agree with the call, admin restarts game files should be sent to an admin. If the restart was abusive, and the player calling the restart won the game eventually, decisions will be made by admins to the best of their ability.
