DM2020 2 V 2 New Years Tournament

DM Gaming is proud to announce the DM2020 2 V 2 New Years Tournament to be held on Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition. With 2019 being a huge year for the Age of Empires franchise, the team at DM Gaming are super hyped for 2020.

DM2020 will be held in a Bo3 format with a Bo5 finals. Games will start 17.30 gmt-0 on the 3rd January with the finals due to be starting at 22.30pm gmt-0. With 8 teams fighting, expect to see an action packed DM 2020 Tournament.

The first round will consist in a round robin format. Each team gets 1 point for a match win, the top two teams from Groups A & B will qualify for the semi finals. Games are BO3.

Deathmatch is constantly evolving, DM2020 is no different. With several maps included in the map pool, teams will be pitted against each other to fight this new year for the $250+ prize pool.

What platform will the tournament be played on? DE, Voobly or HD?

Also, you might want to make the timings clearer, it might be confusing. It took me a while to understand what 10:00 am GMT - 0 means. You might want to remove the "am" and "pm" since you're using 24-hour format anyway.

Hey I can't play during working hours on Friday(US central time). Can we not have this tourney on Saturday or Sunday (weekend)?

Me (cortical_) and Original (zaryab) were going to sign up. But this timing on Friday won't work.

 

DM2020 starting times for tournament rounds are fixed and matches will begin at those stated times Cortical.

Damn, with all the teams entering to play some New Years action & with NAC3 to look forward to, it would be a loss if we didnt see you there to fight on the battlefield, cortical.

And did they use another nick in the past? Original I know is zaryab.
