Personally I would love to play 2 games, as your settings are very cool. I understand why you made this "play only one qualifier" rule, but in my own case there is no hope of being qualified for the finals anyway, and I have no monetary interest whatsoever. I am also disappointed and find it hard to understand why there are so few sign ups.

 

I hope / suspect that a lot of good players will turn up on the day. Sad to see a tournament like this ignored by so many, especially when there are so many times available to play at.

if we had more sign ups, they would not have gotten into the qualifiers. Sadly now they are the benefiters of the the low interest so far.

Speaking just for myself, why I registered specially into this one. First of all, show me the 'rule' about 17/18+. I spent 5 mins now looking for the rule and failed, hopefully you found it and will post it otherwise I don't get what are you doing here. Because I didn't see such rule at all, I was considering 1) the map, 2) the civ, 3) the time, 4) what's my chance of getting in, with the amount of higher/lower players registered in every sign up topic. Since this was the only hunswar, I like bedouins, time worked perfectly and I got in, it was quite an obvious choice.

Ok ok, I can understand that. I also understand that some high level players (dracont, etc.) are going for the low SY bedouins, huns bedouins is incredible good map/civ combo. Perhaps it would have been more fitting for a "high" game, though, and to take a map like SY atoll for a "low" game :lol: In any case, if someone wants to play on bedouins as well (and can't/doesn't want to play in one of the other games) just pm me, and I would sign up elsewhere (where there are less players), if nilpferd agrees with this. I guess it would be good (for the games) if the player distribution becomes a bit more balanced, and not 8 players in one game and 1 player in another, like the 14 GMT one; with 6 players you can already get a reasonably entertaining FFA

That's why we agreed with StinkyFingaz he will sling me first, I'll kill the "lower ones" and then we start playing :twisted:! You think this is FFA? It will be 2v3 and then 1v1 FFA!

You will regrit that decision! i have seen all games so far and they were quite fun, in partiular the last one.
