Official Rules
 1.General rules:
A)If both teams cannot come to an agreement in scheduling their match, the staff will analyze the situation, schedule, and time zones, in order to add a viable Admin Time that suits both teams, to the best of our ability.
B)All teams must respect their opponent. Bad behavior (determined by staff) will result in a warning and may lead to an immediate disqualification of a whole team. This tournament values not only great skills, but also sportsmanship and fairness. Any insult, racism or flaming will not be tolerated. Laming and mind games in game are allowed.
C)All games are by default to be played on Voobly in the Tournament Lobby of Voobly using the VCOM Tournament Ladder.
D)Recorded games must be posted before the completion of that round (00:01GMT on Monday) in the Recorded Games Forum for the earlier stages, once the finals are reached the recorded games will be posted by a 3rd party to prevent spoilers.
E)It is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure the recorded games are posted, but it is allowed for the loser or another 3rd party to post the recorded games instead.
F)Before posting, the recorded game files should be renamed in the following format:
Game naming example:
BiA Ro16 Team Instinct (POV) vs Noobs Double Arabia.mgz
Game pack naming example:
BiA Ro16 Team Instinct (POV) vs Noobs.zip
G)If a game is not recorded, it must be replayed regardless of result and evidence of it.
H) :!: The round is considered lost for a team as soon as either one of its players resigns.
 2.Scheduling:
A) All the games must be scheduled and confirmed by both teams in the Brothers in Arms Scheduling forums(link)
, informing the other team of the exact date and time of the arranged games. The time limit for each round is 1 week. If any team fails to post in the scheduling forums before the time limit expires, the other team will be rewarded with an Admin Win. In case both teams fail to schedule in time, both teams are disqualified and the team that would have faced one of these teams in the next round receives an Admin Win.
B) In case of disconnections, the game must be saved and restored. All of the .mgz recorded game files (multiple parts of the game before/after drop) must be provided when posting the recorded games.
If restoring is not possible, the recorded game should be provided, along with any additional information to the Administration of the tournament instantly. Subsequently, facts will be analyzed and a final decision made.
C)Once two teams have arranged and confirmed a time to play, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. If one of the teams fails to arrive, the waiting team must take a screenshot showing(http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_UTC.aspx (so the current time is clearly visible) with the Tournament Lobby Game Room, ( Example ) and post the screenshot in Admin Requests topic(link), with a link to the post in the Scheduling forums where the game time was arranged and confirmed. This way, tournament admins will know how long the team waited and upon Admins decision, the team that did not come might get an Admin Loss for the games. Do not try to edit time arrangement posts in an attempt to get free wins, because our forum registers the exact date and hour of each edited post. Such actions are considered cheating, and the offender will be punished according to rules.
D)By participating in the tournament you agree to have all your games streamed and casted by any known streamer using the Spectator Mode on Voobly, brought by the UserPatch 1.4 RC version. The streams will always have a delay to avoid cheating, and anyone is allowed to spectate your game. There is no assurance of your games being streamed, but the possibility is there at all times.
E)New rules can be added and current rules can be changed. However, Admins MUST inform the teams about such changes in the Brothers in Arms Rules & Settings forum. All the latest additions in Rules / Settings will be in red.
F)No teams will be allowed to refuse the presence of a known Streamer who has identified himself as such.
