Man so happy AM takes it again, and in the best fashion possible. The last couple games really went to their strengths. MBL cockroaching, Lierrey as power flank and Hera as Max-style pocket. As soon as they got into that groove and GL did them the favor of forcing them in these positions it was over. In that case TatoH can't take MBL decisively and Hera + Lierrey win the 2v2.

Makes me wonder tho why Viper didn't play Game 8, maybe an endurance issue but can't help but think that such a strong play by TatoH (and a huge throw by Lierrey and AM not chopping out more aggressively) was progressively thrown away by the other two. Think if that's Viper instead of Daut that series ends right there.

They proly lost it in the 8th game were they had a huge chance if DauT doesn't lose that many villagers or Tatoh doesn't underreact to Lierreys Imp Time.

Awesome Tournament again, also the Viewer-Numbers of the Final seem to be way better then what could have been expected imo, got close to KotD4 Numbers even though being TG Tournament and half the Prizepool, also numbers on other plattforms looking great aswell.

Yeah, Daut going tc inside when their plan to boom outside and not full stone walling kind of threw game completely. If he at least moved most of his vills from that starting tc... Not sure if Tatoh "undereacted", could place castle bit faster I suppose, but I think he was doing great that game, disturbing liereyy and hera quite a lot alone. And is hard to defend when they can cut anywhere. Daut just died way too easy and way too fast without getting time for tatoh and Jordan. Ofc well played to aM, but just felt like few games GL had quite good strats, just executing was terrible. Sadly last game Viper had so trash gold, not sure how much it would have changed, but Viper basically had 2 golds front with a hill against Liereyy's tatars, couldnt get gold for half of game. Like they were in bad spot already, but being without gold for so long is just impossible to compete.

Awesome production, tournament and everything.

Few thoughts/inputs on my end:
- Next time, BO7 is enough for the big final of a team game I think
- Player cameras are great - but following microphone voices felt a bit unnecessary (intrusive?)
- Second civ draft felt weird and like an unnecessary break for viewers, couldn't this be solved differently? (e.g. reserve civs draft, hidden pick no repeat?)
- Loved to see some of the people in the background at the end! It's in general great to see how things are being done and setup, would love to get more of that (perhaps also in small videos). "behind the scene" is cool
- Vinch is an awesome co-caster!

That was a great final in a great tournament Memb & co provided once again. Thank you so much guys.

I have been positively suprised by Tatoh level who did great during that serie. Jordan did some really good games as well. GL came up with great strat but lost 5 games due to some missplays :/.

On the other side, aM showed how strong they are mentally. Lierrey, MbL and Hera played crazy.

I have been a bit disapointed by the semi finals, as Memb might be. Last edition those semis were crazy series. That year, aM and GL were too ahead.

Cant wait for the next edition !

Just kidding of course, more matches = better. Especially if the matches are at such a high level and are so even.

Seriously though, congrats to aM and to Memb and his team. Player cameras (and audio for specific moments) are more than welcome.

I can only wish for the future that the rest of the teams shorten the gap between them and aM/GL. It would be nice seeing a different team winning.

The power of VoD. Got in at 6pm GMT and watched it all in 4 hours (live was 6). Really enjoyed it. Thought Vinch did a fantastic job co-casting. I hope Memb takes a break! He looks and sounds knackered, and I think it'll do him some good to take a week or so off and come back regenerated. Although I understand the grind...

Beautiful tournament. I loved the cameras, hope it becomes a standard in S-tier tournaments. Vinchester is a great co-caster, I loved his insights and analysis. He and Memb seem to have great dynamic, really enjoyed their casting.

Amazing final, just like in BoA2. Beautiful resilience by AM to comeback being down 2-4. Great preparation by GL, I didn't expect them to show such aggressive all-balls gameplay on some of the maps.
Although the last game seemed weird. Did anyone have a feeling like GL was playing kinda scared (or maybe 'playing not to lose' is a better expression) with the stone walls and being so passive? AM went all out with the army and really punished them. Viper showed some incredible defensive gameplay, playing without gold for what seemed like eternity.

Hope we see BoA4 next year!
