They are only A-Tier because of the smaller prizepool, so if Microsoft sponsored them they would be S-Tier.
World Cup 2018 was an A-Tier tournament, but World Cup 2020 was S-Tier, so it's not like Microsoft only sponsors tournaments that were S-Tier.
