AOE-II DE BATTLE OF THAR 2 - 3vs3

Battle of Thar - TG will consist of a seeded single elimination bracket played on Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition. The number of rounds will depend on the number of signups.

Battle of Thar - TG is a 3v3 Random Map tournament to be played on Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition hosted by AOE India and sponsored by the AOEINDIA Community. It is open to South Asia & neighboring countries which include India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Australia & New Zealand. Each team can have up to 5 players (Playing 3 and reserve 1) but reserve players are not mandatory.

Minimum requirement:

All players must have played a minimum of 50 ranked games (45 Ranked 1v1 games and 5 additional ranked 1v1s games between the announcement and tournament deadline).

Every player that registers for the tournament must be using their main Steam/Xbox account. Accounts that are using Steam Game Sharing feature to play the game will not be allowed this is to ensure that there is no smurfing with alternate accounts that have been created for the sole purpose of entering tournaments. Game ownership of the said accounts will be verified by the tournament admins and AOE India staff.

 

**Update in Seeding and Team Composition:**
All players must have played a minimum of 100 ranked 1vs1 games. Players without 100 ranked 1v1 games must have at least 50 ranked games and must finish an additional 5 ranked games before the tournament deadline. Players will be seeded based on their AoE2: DE 1v1. Admins may also consult experienced external people to refine the seedings.

**Team Composition: **
There is no restriction on elo and number of players more than 1700, but the average playing team elo cannot exceed more than 1700 elo 1v1 rating.

Team: X Average elo: 1700
Player 1: Elo 2100
Player 2: Elo 1800
Player 3: Elo 1200

Sub: Player 4: 1800 reserve
