yes, in the current state their farmers will be as efficient as farmers on the rightside of the tc, on the best spot, so ruffly 15% faster farming than average, thats huge, it falls off with other civs getting handcart/wheelbarrow, but will always be around 10% faster farming.
TLDR kmhers have slav farms now, without needing mills

Khmer bonus will be much bigger when gathering point is farther from optimal though which is more and more the case when games goes forward. Fixed a rare issue where Petards would fail to deal damage to Gates.
Edit: I just finished reading the update in details and it looks amazing. Lets hope we dont get new glitches.
