Apparently Bat Pal is from China as well:

Bat Pal is indeed a old school Chinese player, commonly known as "Mayi" (means Ant), he participate in multiple domestic tournament in China
Not sure about other better known alias or the reason to put Thailand flag though

Hence I guess the flag doesn't mean much

• Hera gains 30 points and is the first player to break 2k4! Yet he remains on rank #2 as his teammate MbL strikes back and reclaims #1 with +54 points and a high score of 2426 - the aM ladder dominance continues...
• vivi gains 65 points and is the 3rd player to break 2k4
• Yo gains 74 points and jumps from rank #14 to #6
• Daniel gains 150 points and makes a big jump from rank #41 to #20
• saymyname demonstrates his good shape by winning the award for the biggest improvement in August: +156 points and +39 positions onto rank #26
• Modri gains impressive 113 points and jumps onto rank #29 - yet he remains on rank #2 of the clown ladder, just 22 points/4 positions behind DraConT!

I've also seen Angelsinting being played on the twitch account of z40305125.

It seems the only top Korean account now still rarely active is Gangnam_Style, currently at 1996. I wonder if 'Grunt in lockdown' was so outlandish, as he had last played on Voobly in Summer 2019 (aocrecs)!

some further clarification : Mayi and 蚂蚁 are the same word, I should wrote you in both forms (my bad), so probably #70 BAT_PAL and #61 Seyaren are the same person? didn't check uptime.

I got confirmation from Lyx's stream that BAT_PAL is indeed Mayi (蚂蚁), but cannot recall that D8_Baby is the same person.

You should remove kellar using the exploit of getting high TG rank then playing few 1x1 to get higher rank, nicks with less than 30 game splayed shouldn't appear.

He is not the only one using that trick, most of the nicks don't appear because of inactivity, but it only takes less than 20 tgs and 10 1x1 to get 2100++ or even more if you are 2900 or even 3k in tg ladder 11

The problem is that this doesn't change things for most accounts in the long run. E.g. on the account with Kellar's highest rating (2201) he has 34 games played. I currently check the top 250 accounts on a daily basis for new accounts that have reached 2k so as long as you are in the top 250 after 30 games, people will still appear with their highest rating after 10 games.
aoe2.net doesn't have a value for "highest rating after 30 games". So I'd have to check the entire game history and reconstruct the entire rating history.

I think I will still implement the additional check for 30+ games as it could help for players who absolutely don't belong into the 2k+ range but it won't fix issues with 2k+ players slightly inflating their highest rating.
