As one of the two admins (and I was streaming at the time as well with FeAge) I cringed and was just sat there with my hands on my head. However, without Masters of Megarandom, we'd only have three players here and wouldn't have a tournament. We wanted to use the settings since the Castle Age start was so distinctive of Masters of Megarandom, and we'd already removed the standard victory element so didn't want to adjust it any further. If the other games had gone this sort of way, I'd be all for a revision, but I honestly can't remember a single game from Masters of Megarandom that generated a map with such potential for farce, and the other two Castle Age Megarandom games in the CL so far turned into very legitimate games, so I feel like this was a freak event.
