Here is a suggestion to fix the Burgundians' unit tech.
As generally agreed, its main problem is that it is an "all-or-nothing" tech, which can either make you win the game by overwhelming the opponent with hundreds of units, or make you lose if the push fails.

So far, DE has done a pretty decent job balancing civs for 1v1 and TG, but not without making new civs OP. Some civs desperatly needs to be adressed in TG without nerfing them too bad in 1v1 (because tg and 1v1 are 2 totally different arenas for civ balance)

My suggestion is to make buildings under construction have less armor to prevent abusing quick walls with them. When the buildings are finished - they get full their armor. So you can't quick wall all the map like crazy.
