He apologizes to the organizers because that's the only thing that could potentially get him in trouble.
And again, there was no mass construction worker deaths. Qatar does have a problem with human rights but what everyone is repeating like a parrot did not actually happen. That is what shows...
Calling for boycott is most defnitely political. Do people think because something is for a good cause that it makes it not political? Not to mention the amount of misinformation thrown around but people are fine with it as long as it aligns with their views. Do you not see how keeping something...
It was 100% rehearsed. Which is why he should have known better. It wasn't just something he said in the heat of the moment.
Games have been good but everything else about this tournament has been just bizarre. A 3rd place match worth $4000, in these settings, at this time, with players...
Agree but it feels so disingenuous. Suddenly so many people care about workers and human rights in Qatar and consider it the biggest injustice in the world and after Sunday everything will be completely forgotten like the issue never existed. Is there literally anyone out of the 8k viewers who...
Would you be so open to on stream political topics if they didn't agree with your views though? I mean, even the migrant worker statistic is an extremely misleading one, that even the source it comes from itself agrees but now poeple are just repeating it without putting any thought into it...
The boycott call was definitely not a joke. I don't care about the castle joke at all but I don't think Nili should be spreading political bullshit on stream. That's not why he's there, that's not why I'm watching the games. Just WTF Nili? You could tell how uncomfortable Daut was about it.
Saw Nili yesterday saying he was advocating for BO5 single elimination while the players wanted BO3 double elimination. I'll take B stream and double elimination.
There has to be way more aoe2 audience watching aoe4 than the other way around. Mixing, if we want to call it that, with aoe2 definitely has had a big effect.
Obviously aoe4 is to "blame" for the whole situation with the B stream and scheduling issues but I will say, at least they didn't shove that game down my throat like I expected them to. I could sit and watch the game I like without seeing ads for aoe4 or having to watch anything aoe4 related...
So the audience had big screens and could hear the casters clearly. Wouldn't the players then be able to hear them as well or they were far enough from speakers?
They were deleting everything even remotely related to aoe2 having more viewers than aoe4, even when done in a joking manner, so silly lol.
What a win for Tatoh though. Finally, well deserved.
B stream by itself isn't a terrible idea if schedule is an issue. I have no problem with some games being shown on another stream.
The problem here is that the planning was awful. It felt like it was something they decided at the last minute and after doing all the hard work just said f it...
