New DLC's seem especially beneficial to creators and pro fanboys (like me), since it disrupts the meta. This invites new content from individual casters and makes for unpredictable tourneys.
Agreed in principle. Would be fun to mod popular maps to reduce the RNG role in lame effectiveness. Would guess this has been done in some tourneys. Eg boars less likely towards enemy, less likely far from tc.
