The GL bois already tried a version of this strategy:

It really seems that Portuguese was the missing piece to make it broken
Nice challenge!
Wouldnt it make more sense if the challengers and Tim are going to choose the setting of the future tournament? As they are 'co-sponsoring' the event (if any of them were to lose)
There is no former aM. After Larry and Hera left Tempo they officialy re-joined the team again. The even got jerseys with their names and all for RBW :)
But in one case you have to intentionally exploit an obvious bug while in the other case you cannot do anything to prevent the bug from happening (apart from not fighting vs archers with Coustillier I guess).
It honestly baffles me how there are so many people defending those bug abusers. Of...
Yeah sure, lets compare a "feature" that has been in the game for 20 years to a gamebreaking bug that makes it almost impossible to win vs Lithuanians if they decide to consciously exploit it.
The whole concept of a "charge attack" does not make any sense if the cooldown does reset when they are fighting. They should need be out of combat for the whole cooldown time before they get their bonus attack back (e.g. not attacking anything for 30 seconds).
That would mean that they are...
It is 5 hours until the signup deadline how can it be that there is not a single reply from an admin on this matter? Just say no if you only want people with the same nationality to signup for the tournament.
The original discussion about the morality of certain promotions of AoE-streamers was worth having and deserved attention - a discussion you did not really contribute to apart from saying that critics should just not watch the stream.
The personal feud between the two of you on the other hand is...
Unfortunately those stats will not be accurate (or even have any meaning for the top bracket, which would be the most interesting) as long as we will have monthly balance changes.
What about including the last months data weighted by some factor <1 to get a bigger sample for the statistics.
I think everybody knows by now what the trade exploit is (a quite good explanation is even linked in the rules of the OP). What you are doing is just a bad attempt to throw a negative light on the Secret players and I don't think that that is really needed in this thread.
Why so negative? You can't call this small showmatch with experimental settings a "really bad idea" without seeing how it plays out... It is not like this is a tournament with a 50k prizepool, exploring new possibilities is never a bad thing
A better option would be if you could offer your opponent to play random civ which would be locked in for both players. I think a lot of players generally want to play random but are kinda forced to pick civs to not be at a disadvantage if the opponent might also pick his civ
In my opinion it would be great if you could offer your opponent to play random civ which would be locked in for both players if he accepts. That way you would be able to play a variation of civs without having an immediate disadvantage for not picking the "meta" civs.
Yeah sure just give up the possibility of winning 4000$... Players are just whoring themselve out for money - that should never be the case in a tournament. And I would be surprised if any of them actually enjoy playing demo wars (and many viewers probably also get turned off).
It remains to be...
