To me the annoying thing about Franks is how often you see them in TG, at least in my experience, and this makes the game less diverse (civ choices wise).
I was excited that in NAC2 we would always have interview with the players after the game, but it kinda feels a bit unpleasant to see losing players having to sit at the couch after the games. I know some players seem happy anyways, Jordan for example. But after the most important games like the...
@buhanisson, I see no reason for you to insinuate I am making a drama thread.
I legitimately wanted some community advice. Now I can see good advices that are no longer than 3 lines of text, and now anyone who faces a similar situation after/before reading this thread can find some info here...
Let me make something clear for those who don't get it:
The scenario in discussion here is not about a player making long pauses, or constantly pausing the game, so this argument is unfitting here.
The scenario is about that casual quick pause necessity that might come up even if you don't...
I was playing this game https://www.voobly.com/match/view/19181470 against a mexican player called Gloss.
Still in the first minutes of feudal age, my phone ringed and I needed to pause. I paused and typed "sec", but he unpaused. I tried to explain, pausing again and trying to type "fone" or...
Like Hera said, if we see this from the perspective of having a better tournament and making AOE2 more popular, having River banned is such a negative move.
Keep in mind: many people of central and south america don't use twitch. Our connection works good mostly with youtube where he streams...
What a needless post. I only wish we had less unnecessary BS in such promissing discussions.
@edie I understand it's kind of frustating to see some foolish posts here, but the fact that the majority of posts might not be serious or intelligent doesn't mean that the remaining posts are...
Awesome, looking forward to the games.
By the way, why are there 2 topics for this?
Is a topic in the event forum needed and another one separate as well?
Good that you liked it, around the 1500 rating is the easiest level to find 1v1 games. At the same time, from 1450 to 1600 the ratings are not that accurate, there were times I would beat a 1580 (+100 games) and in the next game find a 1480 that played better than the last guy.
That's what I was thinking the other day too.
I liked the games in which sling was a last resource for a team who had someone pretty much dead. For me, it kept the hype for the match in those cases.
The slinging is showing some interesting stuff, also like the use of three civs that Tyrant did...
I see, so, to sum it up:
if you leave the "multi building queue" option ON while inside the voobly lobby, when you launch a game, the pre-game screen will start having the MQ as default.
If not, it will have SQ as default, but you can still change that inside the pre-game screen.
