At this point I've played enough games on the new balance to be sure of what I'm saying. Now when a trush comes in and I need to drop a defensive tower I usually don't have enough wood in the bank to defend myself.
If you have a bad woodline, the trushing player can build the first aggressive...
If I missed an obvious response let me know so I can add it.
(I'm of the opinion that towers should be nerfed but an extra 25 wood does basically nothing since it's realistically only one extra villager on wood)
I thought it would be interesting to write down a list of core concepts in AoE. I would say that most if not all of this is common player knowledge, especially as you go higher in terms of skill. Also this list is in no particular order. Also I may add more via edit if I think of them later...
