#2 Seems OP, I remember Cysion implenting this for Outposts but having to reduce LOS during the AoFE development, in the end he just reduced the stone price in half and restoring the LOS.

Scorpions(unless upgraded to Heavy Scorpion) are rarely used at all, I agree +1 attack for Scorpions sounds decent to at least make them an option a bit in Castle Age.
