Is it possible devs are pushing maps that might prop up unpopular/low %win civs? This could shape the perception of said civs and reduce pressure to rework aspects of these civs.

Really great entertainment. I did feel sorry for the players for having to play both the semi-finals and the final in the same day. Not sure that is conducive to the highest possible level but we really were treated to a classic.

Instead of ad hominems, I expected an actual argument. I ask you again: why was Viper able to stomp Yo yesterday and looked so tame against Villese today? Was there really no strategic and tactical alternative to how he played (yes those militia line upgrades vs the Magyars weren't convincing...
You tell me. I would not make a unit I know my opponent is far more proficient in without a crushing eco advantage. Did you watch the Viper vs Yo set? The difference was night and day.
PS: I would rather assume he trolls than underestimates his opponent. I think the latter is more disrespectful.
