I am a cheater.
I presume cheaters are playing on family account sharing smurfs rather than their own main accounts. Will probably have to get Steam involved to VAC ban accounts, since afaik DE can't seem to tell when a player is family shared from a main account.- NuclearPasta

Goths should be entirely overhauled, if not removed from the game outright. There's nothing interesting about a civ where most of your wins are due to just being able to out spam your opponent.
