First of all some of these suggestions have buffs to some civs not nerfs. 2nd thing, giving some nerf suggestions for some civs doesn't mean they are totally OP but at the same time they are not balanced either and have many problems to play with/against them and many unfair advantages.- MAE_ME

5% bonuses? You mean Berbers vills speed? Why nkt even 5% more speed is not bad. Berbers actually are ao strong and need maybe at least 2 nerfs. Portuguese are not weak at all. The 20% discount on all gold units alone is ridiculously strong, and their 30% faster techs wad so strong. The civ was never bad at all.- MAE_ME
