I have said nothing about the quality of the joke, so I am not sure how that is supposed to be a response to what I wrote there. The joke about Serbia is completely different than the one about Qatar though. Latter was a critical comment, not "mocking of another country just for fun".

Is TheViper's dynasty over?
That always affected Viper a lot, but usually in a positive way. It made/makes the difference between 300 apm and 400 apm basically. This time it affected his decision making negatively and maybe let him delete a villager in g1. Difficult to judge that from distance.- Umdeuter

that wasn't the argument at all. the argument could have simply been "stream cheating is not illegal" then, but the argument was "the streamers offer their pov freely" (and obviously, it is actually forbidden in any tournament with a proper rulebook and I don't think anyone is doing that...- Umdeuter

It's not about stealing information, it's about gaining and using information you shouldn't have in that competitive situation and it's 100% clear for everyone that you shouldn't have it and shouldn't use it. Intuitively it seems that these sort of mistakes are very, very difficult to avoid. It's (usually) not that they work on something and THAT THING THEY ARE WORKING ON is problematic in some way.
