Yes, I'm blue regardless of what number player I am. Also the team composition of players are just for illustration. In real multiplayer lobby everyone kinda pick their own color and go random team 11- Tree

Probably not Japanese. Historic Japanese generals and the samurai class are often elite horse archers. Archery and horse-riding were two of the core techniques for a general or samurai to master; which is probably why Japanese is one of the 8 civs to have FU CAs or CA-specific bonuses.- Tree
