I think smaller tournaments should definitely count less but to not make them count would hurt the system massively. Keep in mind that this rating is also used for seeding in B tournaments so it is a very usefull stat to have even for the lower rated players. If you only count S/A rated...

Do you maybe have an example in mind where this happens? In my current understanding of the attack move this does not really make sense. if attack move is triggered the units instantely stop and start shooting, so any movement where you will be "gliding away" would just be the click you do...- derpina276

About focus fire micro: right clicking works fine but it will always overkill and is way harder to pull off and in that will never be as strong as attack move in some situations. Hypothetically how do you feel about increasing starting villager numbers
As said before i think scouting info is the biggest issue with this. 60 seconds of scouting missed makes it harder to find your opponent in time and in this way will make the game slightly more inbalanced imo. This really does matter a lot sometimes especially in the m@a an 2 militia drush meta.- derpina276

How to react to fast imp while booming?
Really depends on a lot of factors, distance to your opponent, civ matchup, your pockets civs/level vs his pockets civ/level. But in general i think with a civ as fast as khmer you can go up to imp yourself with ~60-65 vills and do arbelest. that bascially kills any FI push. In tg he can be...- derpina276

I think people are jumping to conclusions a bit too much tbh. Sometimes people just loose interest for a while, its a rough game to play at top level so interest goes up and down especially for not full time players.
