So what it started with aoe2 and now has aoe4 together, if you dont enjoy watching it just close the stream the days its another game instead of aoe2
Some of you complain when people host aoe4 events instead of aoe2

While losing packes my internet seems to work "fine" as well. Try to ping your internet to a local website in your cmd and leave it testing for around 5mins to see if it's the problem.
For checking the server I remember aoe2.net showed it some time ago, now it doesnt anymore but you can check...
Two things I might think of:
1. Internet issues. Sometimes your internet is losing packages and it makes the game run like this. Restarting the modem might help, when it doesnt I have to call the ISP and ask them to change the route of my internet.

I know, but thinking as a business wouldnt it make much more sense to give more sponsored events to your brand new game which was probably pretty expensive to make? Whether it will be worth it or not the time will tell I guess.
Why do you guys hope so badly for the failure of the game and it's new tournaments?
If you don't enjoy playing or watching it, why don't you just move on and forget about it?

Funny all the people complaining while literally everyone would have done the same thing.
If you support T90 you should be happy for him and that's it.
Every qualifier should not be counted, it's not the tournament, it's a way to get in there.
Players who don't play the qualifiers will always be "penalized".
