I don't think anyone is scared of legal ramifications, but especially streamers or other known figures in the scene still have a lot to lose and very little to gain by spoiling "secrets".
Microsoft is still sponsoring them ( in) directly and some of them get early access to new content.
It's not like you can maneuver around the ships though, especially with a few walls, towers or castles. Only advantage is that siege can kinda counter the ships which have to be bunched up, but still not something I'd like to watch.
Reminds me of the Escape Event where we would try to reach the highest score on the Gamescom Challenge. In the end it came down to building as many buildings so you could spend your resources to get more points. Hopefully this event will be similar with some crazy optimizations!

I think recording voice communication, if done well, could be a great addition. It's always funny and interesting to watch the streams of aM or GL members when they play together, so hopefully we'll be able to see that carry over to Membs stream.
