Good luck to Nili and thanks for everything he's done in the last year under very difficult circumstances.

But how many people are there around who can do this as well as Nili or robo? I think it's not many. So maybe that's also why it takes longer for them to find one.I just hope we get someone as dedicated to the scene as Nili. No one can deny he loves aoe2 and is an integral part of the community. I hope someone similar is his replacement and not a random with no esports knowledge.

I don't know if he would be interested, but Chrazini seems to me to be a perfect candidate to fill this role.To be clear, I don't think they need to have the same stature or length of experience as Nili or Robo. Because, you are right, there aren't many of those people. What I would like is someone who has esports knowledge (can be from another game), and loves aoe2.
Well Chrazini got appointed to similar role relatively recently and is doing much better than Nili and Robo so clearly there are people capable of doing it.
+1 to that.Well Chrazini got appointed to similar role relatively recently and is doing much better than Nili and Robo so clearly there are people capable of doing it.

+1 to that.
And finally someone in Microsoft realized the freak show and intervened. Tournament organizer, tournament host, tournament admin, tournament player, all of these can't go together.
I am on a quite peaceful mood today instead no more promoting dramas.
Guess your peaceful mood didn't last long.+1 to that.

It started there, with that exact post of resignation from MS.Guess your peaceful mood didn't last long.
He probably realized AoE 4 has "no future" (relatively to competitor) and he would be digging his own grave if he focused on AoE 4 long term, despite liking it more than AoE 2. Keep in mind he has insider knowledge about future plans of Microsoft and tournaments too. Despite that and his passion for AoE 4 he still chose AoE 2. That speaks volumes. I think we as fans can be finally calm and hopeful about what's coming next.Best of luck to @Nili_AoE!
I think a top-16 performance is actually in his skill-range. I will also say, he is a much better EW player than RM player (IMO) so would love to see him make a super-try-hard effort for RBW6.
Side note: somewhat surprised that he is focusing on AoE2, because I thought he was a pretty solid AoE4 player, and the top of that scene is much more in flux
You clearly didn't watch video? Just making drama out of nowhere and speading Nili hate+1 to that.

He said, "in Microsoft some rules changed internally effecting World's Edge as well that lead to people working for World's Edge not allowing or being allowed to compete..."You clearly didn't watch video? Just making drama out of nowhere and speading Nili hate
you make it seem like Satya Nadella himself came to AoEZone, read one of your many copy paste sentences and then decided make whole Microsoft wide policy that is specially targeted so Nili must either leave MS or not improve as player, which has never before been something you have been complaining in your copy paste sentences .+T90 and other caster&players have been doing same (competing in tournaments/showmatches they were part of) for years and you never complained for that. This policy is not about anything else. Just read part you are quoting. Nili could have continued as Tournament organizer, tournament host, tournament admin regardless of this new MS policy which is obviously very very unlikely because of Nili like you claim. He said, "in Microsoft some rules changed internally effecting World's Edge as well that lead to people working for World's Edge not allowing or being allowed to compete..."
So what's wrong in my statement, someone in Microsoft realized that being a competitor and fund distributor is not normal.
