General Information
This is a work in progress.
I'm not going to post the normal 2-3 pages of rules cause no one's going to read it all anyway. I'll update this when I think of more stuff before the sign ups close. Here's the key points:
1. All games must be played on voobly in the Medieval Siege lobby using the "Match Stats only" ladder.
2. Don't cheat. You're not idiots and you know what cheating is. Using any kind of map hacks, resource hacks etc.
3. Anyone may spectate. Anyone may stream. All games will be played with between 2:30 and 5:00 of spectator delay, which the players may choose.
4. Anyone who is a UK national or a RoI national is allowed to sign up. If you are living in the UK and are not a UK national, for example one of the Overseas China Clan players, you may sign up. However you cannot be currently competing in a national event for a nation other than the UK and RoI.
5. If one of your standard food resources for the map is trapped, the map counts as bugged and will count as an admin restart. E.g. one of your starting 8 sheep on Arabia is trapped - this is a bugged map and a free restart. One of the extra map sheep on ghost lake is trapped - this is not a bugged map and is not eligible for a free restart.
6. A main gold mine counts as bugged if you cannot freely access at least 8 tile-edges of gold. A stone mine counts as bugged if you cannot freely access at least 6 tile-edges of stone. This applies to the player's standard resources, and not to extra map resources.
7. Signing up to this tournament is a commitment. Show a bit of effort when scheduling, you're basically all in the same time zone so there's no excuse.
8. Players have 1 restart available in each match for all games which must be called at or before minute 4:00.
Format
The tournament will start as single elimination until the RO8, at which point it will follow a double elimination format.

If at any point the winner's bracket winner reaches 4 games before the loser's bracket winner, the match will stop and the WB winner wins the tournament. However in the event of going down 4-3, the match becomes a BO9 and the WB winner receives an extra home map as a double elimination chance.

Game 9 - Arabia - Free pick
Once the set is decided, i.e. a BO3 reaches 2-0, or a BO5 reaches 3-1, the remaining games do not need to be played. The winner of the winner's bracket receives one extra home map in the grand finals.

The following home maps may be used. In the RO8 and onwards where you pick multiple home maps, you may only pick the same map once per set.
