Qualification to the main event guarantees you 500EUR, as even 16th takes this amount as a minimum. So there is a prizepool for the qualification stage indirectly.

I think this is exactly the point. How can the admins do any more than they already did to stop the game and call the re before 2 mins? Unless you have an admin in every game there's no way to immediately contact players or pause the game itself. You could request that players set steam settings...

In a team game, consult with your team before calling GG. If you call GG and then your teammates tell you not to quit because they are winning their side, it makes you look bad.
