At least in this game they are not. i5-4460 (HD 4600), 8Gb RAM. Benchmark: 860 In single player with 1440*810 res, 100% GPU use and 90% memory use, I get between 8 to 13 fps constantly. I had little expectations for it to perform well on this settings, but I didn't expect it to be unplayable 11.
