The players should read the rules, but the rules should be clear and the relevant information should be easy to find and understand .. This seems like it was made particularly confusing, which is unacceptable for a tournament of this magnitude.

I think point #1 is compelling enough without the other points. They were born in Yugoslavia and they had Yugoslavian citizenship. They should be able to play for Yugoslavia.

My first thought when I heard that teams had to play in a bracket to qualify was "What if something crazy happens and TyRaNT doesn't even qualify for this event?" Like one of the players could drop halfway through the game or they could think the game was on Sunday instead of Saturday or Toplo...
