Good point! That's most likely the reason. There is no doubt that if you play for a living and have a chance to win a bigger prize you choose the game with the bigger prizepool.

66% Hype for AOE2 and AOE! Will skip AOE4 but I am totally fine with it. I guess Viper will play AOE4 because of the money. He can win AOE4 and there is a lot more money (dunno why). But I am happy with AOE1 and AOE 2. Great choice of games.

I will skip all AOE4 sets and will focus on AOE2. AOE4 ist still boring as hell for me to watch. So sad RB6 is not exclusively Age 2 :/

But AOE4 has an ongoing tournament with a 125k prizepool. It will "entertain" us for the next weekends.

Jeez... All weekends blocked with, at least for me, pure boredom. Nevermind. I wish them much fun and success but I am glad I got finally my PS5 two days ago. Ofc I watched DWL on Memb yesterday after work but so much weekends with the Golden League will give me enough time to finish the games...

A simple fact is that there is much more money and there are more fans in Lol! And it is a new game for Hera.

Every now and then I tried it again but for me it is still boring to watch AOE4. Even at the highest level. So sad because many streamers really enjoying AOE4. They should do what they want and not forced to play a game because of the viewercount.

I really gave AOE4 a try. The last years I watched more AoE2 streames than Netflix, Disney and Prime combined (I stoppes watching normal TV years ago). But it is hard to follow AOE4. I have absolutely no fun while watching it. I don't get exited or even hyped.

T90 did this whole streaming for a living. He got paid and most users here in this forum would do the same and it is absolutely understandable. And maybe it really is a chance to get more fans to AOE2. I am happy for him. And I don't envy him his money. If it is 500k or 10 Millions, I don't...
