BRACKETS:
ELITE | 1851-2100
MIDDLEWEIGHT | 1551-1850
WELTERWEIGHT | 1201-1550
UNDERCARD | <1200
These are strict Elo limits. Placement is based on each team member's 1v1 RM rating using the "Highest Rating" (historic highest rating) on AOE2.Net. All members of your team must be below the Elo requirements, or else your team will be placed in the next highest bracket. Higher-level players are welcome to team up with lower-level players, but do so at your own discretion. Likewise, players that are over 2.1k Elo cannot participate in this tournament (as soon as I'm able to acquire some prize support I'll open the flood gates to the top expert crowd, but for now it's 2.1k is going to be the limit).
TIMELINE:
Rounds will be 2 weeks long. During the 2-week duration your team will need to schedule and play your best of 3 match. The Grant Finals will be a 1-week long round, in an attempt to finish things up before players leave for holidays.
REGISTRATION: Friday, October 16th - Monday, October 26th
ROUND OF 16: Tuesday, October 27th - Sunday, November 8th (2 weeks to play best of 3)
QUARTERFINALS: Monday, November 9th - Sunday, November 22nd (2 weeks to play best of 3)
SEMIFINALS: Monday, November 23rd - Tuesday, December 6th (2 weeks to play best of 3)
GRAND FINALS: Monday, December 7th - Sunday, December 13th (1 weeks to play grand finals)
ROSTERS + REGISTRATION:
Each team needs a team captain and at least 1 other player to participate. Teams can have up to 5 players registered. Team captains are in charge of registering their team, scheduling matches, hosting civ drafts, hosting tournaments lobby, and posting match results.
To register your team please post the following in the TrouT City (link) TCQD-Team-Registration-Thread:
- Team Name
- Team Captain
- Link to each team member's AOE2.net profile (https://aoe2.net/#profile-305838)
Once team registration is full, the brackets will be closed for sign-ups, so if you want to play you will need to lock up your spot sooner rather than later.
MATCH FORMAT:
Game 1 - Nomad (standard Nomad)
Game 2 - Loser's Choice Home Map
Game 3 - Loser's Choice Home Map
Map mod can be found at this link. The map pool contains:

Special Thanks to Chrazini for creating the maps for this tournament.
All other tournament rules + settings are contained in the guide - if you have any questions regarding any feel free to shot me a direct message on discord or post in the discussion thread on my discord (or the discussion thread right here!).
