Post your list and feel free to add any commentary about your show(s). Here's my top-5:
1. The Sopranos- pretty much changed television forever. The depth and dimension of the characters far surpassed anything that came before it (or after). The storytelling, cinematography, soundtrack and acting all flawless, there's no doubt in my mind that this show represents, not only television, but storytelling at its absolute pinnacle.
2. The Wire
3. Deadwood- Ian McShane turns in one of the greatest acting performances ever as Al Swearengen. To say the dialogue in this show is brilliant would be an understatement. Only thing that knocks it down from the #2 spot for me is that it only had 3 seasons.
4. Game of Thrones
5. Six Feet Under
HM: Seinfeld, Lost, The Simpsons, The Office, Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, Peaky Blinders
